How Keyho works for property-care businesses.

Keyho is an operations platform for property managers. Start with your own apartments and clients, invite owners and teams when needed, and optionally receive moderated requests through the marketplace.

Platform-coordinated property care

Owners can ask for help through the marketplace, but managers can also use Keyho for an existing portfolio without marketplace intake.

After setup or collaboration, the manager coordinates apartment checks, cleaning, maintenance tasks, work orders, photo updates, approvals and daily work in Keyho.

Create your workspace

Register as a KeyHolder or property manager and complete the required setup and review.

Add apartments and clients

Create apartments independently and manage existing clients without requiring owner accounts.

Invite owners and team when needed

Bring in cleaners, maintenance workers and owners only where collaboration or visibility is useful.

Plan daily work

Use calendars, occupancy, tasks, work orders and repairs to coordinate execution.

Track communication and finance

Keep chats, approvals, files, time, invoices and reports connected to the work.

Use the marketplace optionally

Eligible managers can receive moderated owner requests, send offers and start collaboration after the owner chooses.
